ABSTRACT
In the research established relationship between emotional intelligence and procrastination in students of preschool education public institutions city Guayaquil, Ecuador; to give an answer What kind exists students?, using empirical approach, descriptive correlational, adopting systematic approach variables. It is confirmed that has a direct negative effect on academics, backed up by data from sample 226 students, which means higher value intelligence, lower vice versa. conclusion, academic tends influence directly educational setting, affecting performance psychological well-being.
