ABSTRACT
In Chapter 2, Naouel Zoghlami draws on needs analysis as a fundamental approach to inform the design of professional English curriculum at Cnam, unique French research institution higher education dedicated lifelong learning. While is still not widely used in development for specific purposes programs contexts, this study attempts fill gap by revealing kinds tasks adult learners studying Cnam say they need perform work. One strengths thus lies relying data provided domain insiders rather than assumptions held researcher-teacher about what adults learn curriculum. Study provide information needed improve existing syllabus and basis which build relevant pedagogical tasks.
