Controversy About the Analysis of Complaints Received in Professional Ethics Committees of the Bulgarian Medical Association

Health care reform`s ethical challenges largely reflect on physicians, patients and society. The purpose of this paper is to put the question about applicability a summary analysis complaints filed at Professional Ethics Committees Bulgarian Medical Association, towards contributing identification problems possible solutions for improving situation in healthcare system highlighting role medical professional organization process. Materials methods : We present our experience received Committee Stara Zagora 2007-2010 2011-2014 years. Qualitative content documents was applied. Cases described are analyzed using specifically designed questionnaire. Results discussion In most cases, authors describe conflicts with various dimensions quality as highlighted cases ones related access timely specialized care, well adequacy diagnostic therapeutic procedures achieved results treatment Problems that emerged health associated limited doctor-patient ailing trust. Conclusion Considering strengths weaknesses applied methodology, highly subjective interpretation issues presented perspective different people, manner which provided we raise following issue: how appropriate it ethics committees carry out such analysis.
