ABSTRACT
In ports, businesses processes can be improved through the use of more efficient technologies. this regard, Business process management systems (BPMS) may considered best tool for purpose since it helps users to coordinate and automate critical such as cargo manifests, customs declaration scales, or dangerous goods, traditionally supported by EDI The aim work is demonstrate, a systematic analysis literature, state art in BPMS research port industry. For this, review literature last ten years was carried out. works generated search were subsequently analysed filtered. After investigation, discovered that relationship between sector practically non-existent which represents an important gap covered future line research.
