ABSTRACT
Many studies have shown that mobile phones are in great demand; smart particular an ever-growing market. It is evident with greater number of users, people can be facilitated accessible applications. Of many beneficial applications one such application providing remote healthcare on devices. Much work has been done this area research; however using Bluetooth enabled Wireless Application Protocol (WAP) technology implementing intelligent system proposed. A rule based expert identify diagnosis for remotely located patients to off location physicians and subsequent analysis delivered the patient relieving her from frequent visits service provider thus reducing load existing infrastructure. This paper presents design implementation Mobile Intelligent Remote Healthcare Monitoring System (MIRHMS) discusses issues.
