ABSTRACT
We present the detailed study of stellar and gaseous kinematics luminous early-type galaxy NGC 524 derived from long-slit spectroscopic observations obtained with Russian 6-m telescope IFU data SAURON survey. The line-of-sight velocity distribution (LOSVD) exhibits strong asymmetry. performed comprehensive analysis LOSVD using two complementary approaches implemented on top nbursts full spectral fitting technique, (a) a nonparametric recovery (b) parametric Gaussian kinematical components having different populations. discuss origin complex 524.
