ABSTRACT
Objective: To evaluate the diagnostic value of maternal serum interleukin 6 (IL-6), C-reactive protein (CRP) levels and white blood cell (WBC) count for prediction preterm labor length admission-to-delivery interval in patients with labor. Methods: Maternal IL-6, CRP WBC were prospectively determined eighty-two 21 controls. Data was analyzed study control groups, assessment clinical laboratory risk factors group. Results: IL-6 significantly higher group than The associated highest percent true positives negatives 5 pg/ml. area under curve count. In delivered within 2 7 days nondelivering ones a cut off 8.3 pg/ml estimation delivery. Conclusion: is reliable marker management
