ABSTRACT
Learning health systems necessitate interdependence between and academic sectors are critical to address the present future needs of our systems. This concept is being supported through new Canadian Institutes Health Research (CIHR) System Impact (HSI) Fellowship, which postdoctoral fellows situated within a system-related organization help propel evidence-informed organizational transformation change. A voluntary working group from inaugural cohort representing diversity in geography, host setting personal background, collectively organized panel at 2018 Association for Services Policy Conference with purpose describing this shared scholarship experience. Here, we summary reflecting on experiential learning practice environment its ability impact.
