ABSTRACT
Abstract This paper presents a method for online measuring signal backscattering and reading distance from radio frequency identification (RFID) tags attached to the surface of liquid, calculating corresponding alcohol concentration. We derive theoretical formula on received power. Subsequently, former measurement values are converted Experiments performed using an ISO/IEC 18046-based system in ultra high (UHF) RFID band [ISO/IEC 18046, “Information Technology—Radio Frequency Identification Device Performance Test Methods,” International Organization Standardization, London, 2007]. A fitted model relationship concentration, distances, power is established. Based proposed model, processor can calculate concentration aqueous solutions. The experimental data compliant counterparts. could be applied dynamic automatic assembly line has advantages excellent versatility, accuracy, stable performance, quick response speed.
