ABSTRACT
Using the thermal evaporation method, thin crystalline films of Sb2(Sx Se1-x)3 are produced at substrate temperature 300℃. The mixed powders Sb2S3 and Sb2Se3 is used as a source material. influence S/Se component ratio on morphology structural characteristics Sb2(SxSe1-x)3 investigated. As demonstrated by results X-ray energy dispersive spectroscopy, formed have components close to stoichiometry. Besides, Morphological analyses reveal significant differences in surface film absorbers, indicating that properties vary function composition ratio.
