ABSTRACT
Growing customer demands and competitive conditions in national international dimensions force businesses to provide quality products services. The term “service quality”, which arised from this context, has a great importance for businesses. It is aimed determine the expected perceived service perceptions of customers implementation study carried out with students School Foreign Languages among Karabuk University, an educational institution shaping future society. Along showing how activities are by students, results also include clues shape as it exposes what expect foreign language preparatory education.
