ABSTRACT
Small extracellular vesicles (sEVs) are important mediators of cell-to-cell communication involved in the successful establishment a pregnancy. Human decidual stromal cells play key role regulating trophoblast invasion. Nevertheless, regulatory functions cells-derived sEVs human still unclear. In this study, primary were isolated, and immortalized endometrial cell line (HESCs) decidualized into (HDSCs) using hormonal cocktail containing medroxy progesterone 17-acetate (MPA), estrogen cAMP analog. HDSC-sEVs isolated from both immortal HDSCs, respectively, identified by transmission electron microscopy western blotting. EV uptake assay indicated that could be uptaken cells. increase invasiveness expression level N-cadherin with elevated phosphorylation SMAD2 SMAD3 Silencing block invasion induced HDSC-sEVs, while knockdown inhibit upregulation Taken together, our results suggested effect cells, may trophoblasts during embryo implantation placentation.
