ABSTRACT
Infertility caused by male factors is routinely diagnosed assessing traditional semen parameters. Growing evidence has indicated that the tsRNAs carried in sperm act as epigenetic and potential biomarkers for assessment of quality. We recently demonstrated tRNA Gln-TTG derived small RNAs played notable roles first cleavage a porcine embryo. However, function human diagnostic biomarker its role early embryo development remains unclear. In this study, we found were highly associated with By microinjecting antisense sequence into tripronuclear (3PN) zygotes followed single-cell RNA-sequencing, participated Furthermore, Gln-TTGs might influence embryonic genome activation modulating noncoding RNA processing. These findings could be used clinical target infertility.
