ABSTRACT
Coronary artery disease (CAD) is a major determinant of long-term prognosis in patients with peripheral (PAD). We investigated the predictors CAD lower extremity PAD.A total 107 PAD who underwent and simultaneous coronary angiography were reviewed. was defined as (≥ 50%) stenosis associated claudication or critical limb ischemia. divided into proximal distal lesions. angiographically significant arteries. The prevalence 62% (67/107), this 62%, only 13% (9/67) had angina 72% (48/67) multi-vessel disease. Diabetes significantly increased risk odds ratio having 2.5 (1.1-5.9, P = 0.037) multivariate regression analysis. The more cardiovascular factors than those normal, minimal single (P 0.032). Interestingly, higher normal group group, whereas both involvement group.Diabetes, multi-cardiovascular factors, lesions CAD. Therefore, evaluation should be considered diabetes, multi-level
