ABSTRACT
Competencies for school leadership in the initial training of teachers are necessary because teaching action classrooms must be allied with and optimal organization educational institution this includes competences coordination networking community. This article focuses on views these competencies staff leaders who collaborate practicum stage students. To end, a multiple case study is conducted using mixed methodology, participation three pre-school primary schools. The sample (n=20) made up members management teams working or two first years school. instrument used an ad hoc questionnaire, distributed online during 2016-2017 academic year. results show that principals perceive that, from all functions, less developed although it most important, above relationship socio-educational environment. Teachers, they consider following competencies, related to leadership, can improved: conflict resolution, complex situations analysis, classroom families entities context.
