ABSTRACT
Background Recent studies conducting changes in depressive symptoms among the elderly reported mixed results. The present study sought to determine if subgroups of Koreans follow distinctive symptom trajectories and characteristics associated with trajectories. Methods Subjects were those who had participated a longitudinal quality life older adults. A latent class mixture model was examined identify time. Results We found four Poorer health status, poor economic less social support risk factors high depression group. Conclusions Early intervention help individuals manage their health, concerns, relationships may decrease level depression.
