ABSTRACT
Relaxin is a pleiotropic hormone included in the insulin-like-growth factor family (IGF) that produced variety of reproductive tissues including corpus luteum, uterus, testis, prostate and others.Relaxin facilitates parturition, participates uterine contractility, promotes angiogenesis, plays role spermatogenesis or spermatozoa motility acrosome reaction, among others physiological functions.In this review, we will focus on principal roles relaxin female male reproduction.
