Migratory foreign body of hypopharynx

ABSTRACT
A 22-year-old male, tailor by profession presented to Ear Nose Throat (ENT) emergency with accidental ingestion of needle while cleaning his teeth which was associated difficulty in swallowing (more for solids than liquids) and irritation throat. On clinical examination no foreign body seen. Diagnosis extraluminal migration can be done the help Computed tomograms (CT) scans provide exact location before surgical exploration. C-arm utilized specially metallic bodies localize during surgery. In our case both CT C-Arm were used removed transcervical route without any complication. absence on intraluminal assessment, possibility should completely ruled out patient investigated accordingly.
