ABSTRACT
According to the WHO data, date population lifespan is increasing worldwide due infant mortality decrease, rather than duration and life quality of elderly people. Most effective geroprotectors affect immune nervous systems, cellcycle, metabolism carbohydrates, stimulate autophagy. Bioobjects placental origin possess similar properties. The research aim was study effect cryopreserved human explants on BALB/c mice. Kaplan-Meier survival curves were analyzed indices calculated. differences determined using Log-rank test. It has been shown that implantation experimental animals significantly increases in male mice as follows: median - by 17.6%; average expectancy – 18.1%; 90% rate 20.8%; maximum 17.9%. administration female did not their lifespan, but reduced probability death reproductive period.Probl Cryobiol Cryomed 2017; 27(2): 143–150
