ABSTRACT
Summary. Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) is an aggressive subtype of associated with poor prognosis, lacks standard biomarkers and tumor heterogeneity. So it the lack therapeutic heterogeneity are main causes resistance in case TNBC. Differences cell properties provides by enzymes that important potential targets. This makes exploring prognostic targets TNBC area research. Aim: to improve treatment outcomes for patients evaluating topoisomerase 2 alpha as a predictive marker efficacy. Objects methods: study involved 45 II-III stages In addition biomarkers, level II expression was determined immunohistochemistry. Instrumental methods diagnosis, pathomorphological immunohistochemistry, well statistical obtained data were used study. Results: taxane-containing chemotherapy regimens increases response treatment. Topoisomerase overexpression better prognosis Conclusions: results allow us consider prognostically valuable predicting course disease chemotherapy, advantage
