ABSTRACT
Nematodes belonging to the Heterakidae family are similar in appearance and their identification causes certain difficulties. For this reason, there is a need define new taxonomic characteristics. On other hand, despite fact that nematode Heterakis dispar Schrank, 1790, included same family, has wide distribution area, little information about ultrastructure of parasite. Research on reproductive system helminth hase not been conducted. Parasitic worms collected from caeca birds were identified, following which, based accepted methods electron microscopy, blocks prepared, cut, stained, pictures electrograms prepared described. In present study, ultrastructural characteristics organs (testis, seminal vesicle, vas deferens ejaculatory duct) adult H. dispar, specific parasite domestic waterfowl, studied with help light microscopic methods. The obtained results compared structure species (H. gallinarum Gmelin, 1790 spumosa Schneider, 1866) family. Firstly, it was revealed male located pseudocoelomic cavity, which considered sign As testis, wall consist basement membrane an epithelial layer. addition membrane, muscular layers, duct also composed glandular cells front part duct. It that, lumen tubular germ-cells turn into spermatogonia germinal zone spermatocytes growth spermatids incomplete formed spermatozoa deferens, fully spicules nematode, secondary sexual thick cuticle outside, hypodermal origin processes nerve (dendrites axons) inside. Two found spicules, observed nematodes
