ABSTRACT
This study is to explore the effect of ALAD polymorphism on hematopoietic, hepatic and renal toxicity from lead in occupational exposure workers. We conducted a cross-sectional 156 workers with between 2002 2007. The results laboratory examinations were analyzed. The authors found that 1-1 genotype associated higher blood level than those ALADl-2 genotype. Blood urine levels much storage battery cable workers. ALA ZPP serum Cr ALADl-1 was especially level. The ALAD-2 protein might modify kinetics at relatively protect against lead. Urine ALA, be considered as effective biological monitoring partners induced hematopoietic toxicology.
