ABSTRACT
Nowadays, the assessment of length femur and humerus is preferred, which plays a key role in doubtful cases to determine age fetus second or third trimester intrauterine development. The aim study was evaluate characteristics ossification right left humeral diaphysis fetuses at 20-32 weeks gestation for assessing fetus. Materials methods. Plain radiographs computed tomography scans 52 human were analyzed fetuses. results statistically using Excel. are presented as statistical means with standard deviations. Student's t-test independent variables one-way analysis variance used compare means. Results. In gestation, average increases from 21.26±0.50 mm 40.04±0.24 mm, - 21.64±0.23 40.52±0.05 mm. proximal transverse diameter showed that aged weeks, this indicator 3.50±0.08 6.59±0.04 (for humerus) 3.56±0.04 6.67±0.01 humerus). cross-sectional middle part 2.67±0.06 5.02±0.03 2.71±0.03 5.08±0.01 distal increased 3.25±0.08 6.16±0.04 3.33±0.04 6.24±0.01 Conclusions. Based on correlation coefficient, indicates presence strong direct correlation, we can conclude linear regression models adequately describe dependence diaphysis, transverse, diameters fetal age. no sex differences found morphometric parameters foci. obtained data foci be considered normative corresponding ultrasound diagnosis congenital malformations. research carried out accordance principles Helsinki Declaration. protocol approved by Local Ethics Committee participating institution. informed consent patient conducting studies.
