ABSTRACT
On October 1, 2018, the Rockland County (New York) Department of Health (RCDOH) alerted New York State (NYSDOH) an unvaccinated teenaged traveler with diagnosed measles.During next 17 days, RCDOH learned additional six travelers measles.On 24, Ocean Jersey) Jersey (NJDOH) a case measles in international traveler, rash onset 17.The reported recent travel Israel, where outbreak approximately 3,150 cases is ongoing (1).Investigations during 2018-April 30, 2019, identified 242 laboratory-confirmed and epidemiologically linked York, excluding City, 17, 2018-November 33 (Figure).The were primarily members orthodox Jewish communities.
