ABSTRACT
The object of this study is determining the stressed-strained state (SSS) a welded article by applying quantitative non-destructive testing. relevance associated with need to devise universal methodology for quantification SSS using simplest approaches and means provision. To solve task, an estimation-experimental procedure has been developed. This based on comparing digital stereo images individual sections (spatial primitives) before after its welding, followed computer processing. validate developed procedure, cylindrical made aluminum alloy 7005, at end which two flanges were laserly ring seams, was determined. It established that performing four diametrically opposed point tacks, residual deformations ends can reach 0.02–0.05 mm, continuous seams – decrease 0.01–0.02 mm. calculation showed welding seam are level 0.02 stresses in same zone range 50–60 MPa. deviation coincidence 10–20 %, satisfactory result be considered as error results general. Based SSS, experimental industrial complex created allows TIG PAW perform objects from steels alloys ability determine resulting these objects. devised equipment designed used non-destructively spatial structures
