Background. The new coronavirus infection COVID-19 has reached a pandemic in few months. Large-scale measures have been taken to prevent the spread of infection, both Russia and around world. Analysis effectiveness is an urgent task optimize used disease.
 Aims identify risk factors, evaluate developed implemented at airport Moscow Aviation Hub.
 Material methods. Developed on territory complex, which part Hub (UIA). An assessment incidence among employees was conducted, laboratory testing for carried out: PCR detection SARS-CoV-2 virus RNA; Anti-SARS-CoV-2 IgG.
 Conclusions. It revealed that complex proven its effectiveness, made it possible employees.
