ABSTRACT
The high prevalence of the hepatitis B virus (HBV) in population occurs mainly due to numerous mechanisms formed process evolution, contributing its survival under immunological pressure. review presents most complete systematization and classification various HBV protective basing on their influence different parts congenital adaptive immune response. analysis literature data allows for conclusion that two basic principles underlie mechanisms: strategy «stealth virus» (virus’s escape from recognition by system) immunosuppression. stealth is performed as follows: special replication which prevents receptors system; occurrence vaccine mutants; isolation host cells tissues providing inaccessibility T-cells along with hyperproduction subviral particles traps specific antibodies. core principle immunosuppression implemented therapy based phenomenon viral apoptotic mimicry. result this interaction dysfunction NK NKT-cells, inactivation dendritic cell functions, suppression demonstrates between system macro organism some kind «dynamic equilibrium» depending factors. Specific molecular targets impact are described. We propose expand research host’s genetic factors development response against HBV, especially during real infectious results improvement approaches developing personalized treatment methods.
