Background: Brucellosis is the most common zoonotic infections in pastoral settings.Lack of knowledge about disease may cause devastating out come to patients, thus sustained it such communities.This study assessed and practices among high-risk groups Bahr el Ghazal region, South Sudan.Methods: Across sectional survey involving abattoir workers, febrile patients at Wau referral hospital cattle herders from camps four states namely, Wau, Tonj, Gogrial Aweil.By using open-ended questionnaire key informant guideline, for triangulations by interviews, focus group discussions interview.Data collected include on causes, symptoms, transmission, treatment, prevention risk factors brucellosis.Using SPSS version 24 analysis, X 2 Multivariable logistic regression analysis was performed.Results: In this study, 234, 416 87 herders.Brucellosis prevalence fair workers all Knows Tuberculosis more than other diseases.Brucellosis female male's respondents 23.7% (50/416), 22.9% (47/234/416) respectively, very high age 16 35.The non-educated people 25.4% (35/416).Nilotic have 21.8% (39/416), according C-ELISA.In brucellosis males females 44.0% 29.0% respectively.The 16-35 years 36-60years, 32.7% 38.1 C-ELISA.The distribution awareness diseases knowing 33.3% (30/90), 27.8% (25/90), transmission 11.11% (10/25), however, signs animals human mode treatment low. Conclusions:Brucellosis camps.All diseases.inthe community look equally between gender, animal also low three groups.Community sensitization needed.
