ABSTRACT
Objective: To investigate the spontaneous brain activity changes with cognitive disorders of traumatic injury in frontal lobe using resting-state fMRI and regional homogeneity (ReHo).Methods: Thirteen injuries cognition impairment were sampled as group (TBIs) fourteen healthy persons normal control group(NCs).General was assessed through Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE).Resting-state T1-weighted imaging data then collected. The ReHo maps obtained from fMRI, two-sample t-test performed between two groups. Finally, pearson correlation analysis conducted values extracted different regions MMSE scores patients. Results:Compared NCs group, TBI showed significantly increased left superior gyrus, right middle occipital, declive (p < 0.05) decreased media anterior cingulate, inferior temporal, supramarginal hippocampus/parahippocampal, left/right supplement motor area, uvula 0.05).In addition, a positive found index gyrus across all patients TBI. Conclusions:The method may provide an objective biomarker for evaluating functional abnormity injuries. The be related to abnormal activity, imbalance neural network caused by neuronal underlie potential damage injury.
