ABSTRACT
HPV16 DNA associated with histologic high-grade precancer lesions (cervical intraepithelial neoplasia grade 2 or 3 [CIN2 CIN3]) is sometimes found in women atypical squamous cells of undetermined significance (ASCUS) Pap smears, the mildest form cellular abnormality a cervical smear. This study evaluated, population patients ASCUS prevalence different lineages (or isolates) and physical status, total viral load, integrated load population, stratified by isolates (primarily either EUR-350T EUR-350G) that was found. We demonstrated, smears diagnosed infected EUR-350G (sublineage A1) both status distribution loads were when compared to isolates. We showed mean median percentages higher, log 10 more homogeneous than isolates. No difference terms between these two isolates. Here, we investigate E6-E7 sequencing as an easy technique detect greater proportion HPV genome, suggest adaptation current protocol for monitoring smears.
