Required personnel included technician, instructors, nurse. Debriefing tools tailored specifically created facilitate formal debriefing formative learner assessment at end simulation. This has been implemented 10 during two 3-year cycles fellow education. Session feedback reflected high level satisfaction increased awareness identification tamponade. This resource teaching critical components diagnosing managing unstable patient, use ultrasound, received by fellows.
