ABSTRACT
One of the important problems medicine is search for new reliable markers inflammation that would allow us to determine type inflammatory process. The aim study was identify specific infectious and aseptic based on analysis morphological variants neutrophil extracellular traps (NETs). included 26 patients with various nosological forms in abdominal cavity (12 acute appendicitis, 8 cholecystitis, 6 a diagnosis pancreatitis/ pancreonecrosis) after surgery. also 20 post-COVID group 10 volunteers no clinical manifestations disease, but at same time had contacts flu patients. Neutrophils were isolated using gradient centrifugation. Fluorescence microscopies dye SYBR Green (JSC “Evrogen”, Russia) used NET visualization counting. NETs form neutrophils web structure found blood surgical appendicitis who favorable course postoperative period. In exposed influenza did not have symptoms an we structure. all complicated by abscess, addition structure, abnormal recorded, particular, single filaments. absolute absence neutrophilis revealed. patients, are only results subsequent experiments showed collagen peptides inducers formation detection sign filaments inflammation, as well endothelial damage.
