ABSTRACT
Critical reading awareness can empower readers through critical skills used to understand ideological messages and domination act in language practice.Th e aim of this research was develop test a learning model enhance university students' awareness.Th is Research Development study carried out by following three main steps that were product development, validation, examination eff ectiveness.56 students participated study.Th ey came from the Indonesian Language Department, Negeri Makassar University, Indonesia.Th qualitative data analyzed with use domain analysis quantitative using t-test.Th developed proven valid feasible experts' validation.In addition, results ectiveness indicated could improve understanding, evaluating, responding texts.
