ABSTRACT
Covalent coatings of internal quartz capillary walls based on the ionic liquids were synthesized within this research. The synthesis covalent coating included a step silylation followed by functionalization with imidazole and 1-bromobutane. resulting created anodic electroosmotic flow (EOF) at pH = 2. range which do not change their properties was 2.0-5.5. possibilities different ways on-line concentration ( large volume sample stacking, head-column field-amplified sweeping, sweeping in combination electrostacking) catecholamines examined. Stacking efficiency factors (SEF) 105-135 detection limits decreased to 11-17 ng/ml for analytes under stacking. Under conditions, sodium dodecyl sulfate (micelle forming agent) sorbed modified walls, provided negative charging surface acted as strong cation exchanger. This fact led additional reserves separation selectivity catecholamines. electrostacking, values SEF above 1000 reduced 1-2 ng/ml.
