ABSTRACT
Inter-satellite link (ISL) is an important part of the next generation global navigation satellite system (GNSS). In this paper, key technologies GNSS ISL ranging and time synchronization are researched. Considering that Ka frequency band used for ISL, a fixed topology designed new division duplex (TDD) mode proposed after analyzing characteristics constellations. A novel method called Non-coherent Dual One-way Measuring (NC-DOWM) applied to TDD mode. addition, relevant mathematical formulas, error models compensation discussed in detail. It found NC-DOWM outperforms current GPS terms channel utilization efficiency measuring precision. Furthermore, presented has excellent anti-interference capability engineering feasibility, which can provide strong technical support GNSS.
