ABSTRACT
SUMMARY OBJECTIVE: This study aimed to investigate the relationship between presence of hip osteoarthritis and neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio, platelet-lymphocyte monocyte-lymphocyte neutrophil-monocyte ratio. METHODS: Participants with healthy controls aged 45–75 years were recruited in study. The participants divided into two groups: mild/moderate severe osteoarthritis. Complete blood parameters recorded, ratio calculated. Pain severity was evaluated using a visual analog scale. RESULTS: A total 76 59 included mean age 57.6±6.11 years. Mean values statistically significantly different group control (p<0.05). Platelet-lymphocyte erythrocyte sedimentation rate, C-reactive protein not groups. Also, there no difference all inflammatory (p>0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Neutrophil-lymphocyte higher patients than controls. did change according Not hematological indices give valuable information regarding
