ABSTRACT Aim: To identify the spatiotemporal pattern of childhood tuberculosis and sociodemographic factors related to it. Method: This is an ecological study, which used municipalities state Ceará as units analysis. The Notifiable Diseases Information System was a data source from January 2001 December 2017. It conducted descriptive analysis characteristics cases, temporal spatial incidence disease regression with indicators. Results: An average 3.48 cases/100 thousand inhabitants identified, reduction 5.7% during period 2003-2017 (p<0.001). following were tuberculosis: proportion population in households piped water (β=0.05), density >2 (β=0.09) number female heads household children under 15 years age (β=0.0003). Conclusion: Indicators housing conditions vulnerability tuberculosis.
