Termitomyces mushrooms are affluent in bioactive components contributing to their therapeutic properties. This study aimed investigate the antioxidant, antibacterial, antifungal activities and toxicity of extracts. were collected from South Vietnam, separated into different parts, air-dried, ground powder, extracted with methanol ethanol at a divergent temperature evaporation. mycelial biomass extract was discovered be efficient scavenging free radicals through DPPH assay. The exhibited potent efficacy against Gram-negative (Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Salmonella typhimurium) Gram-positive (Bacillus cereus, Staphylococcus aureus) bacteria along Candida albicans fungus applying disc-diffusion method. underwent vitro vivo experiments revealed no toxicity. is potential source developing novel antibacterial agents.
