ABSTRACT
This study aimed to formulate a milk protein concentrate (MPC) and evaluate the effect of this MPC supplementation on body composition, lipid profile, product acceptability in resistance training (RT) practitioners. The physical, chemical sensory properties were then analyzed. To practitioners, 30 males divided into two groups: control group an intervention group. Then participants supplemented with 500 mL (250 pre-RT 250 post-RT). Body composition (weight, height, skinfolds) biochemical markers (cholesterol triglycerides) measured at baseline 30, 60, 90 days after treatment. results showed that during RT program significantly (p < 0.05) reduced fat percentage mass, increased lean mass Characterization revealed low (3.32 ± 0.08%) carbohydrates (4.58 0.59%), high (18.51 0.51%) concentrations. Additionally, satisfactory index (> 71%). Thus, contributed reduction percentage, increase without profile alterations.
