ABSTRACT The aim of this study was to verify the effects an online training program on aerobic capacity, quality life, depressive symptoms and sleep in elderly people with cardiovascular risk factors. A multicomponent applied for 12 weeks outcomes were assessed before after intervention. Twelve participated (69.08 ± 4.54 years; 41.67% women), adherence 49.17%. Worsening observed (p = 0.016), no change other outcomes. In conclusion, possibly helped maintain life factors during COVID-19 pandemic.
