Transplantation of human immature dental pulp stem cell in dogs with chronic spinal cord injury

ABSTRACT
Purpose: To investigate the therapeutic potential of human immature dental pulp stem cells in treatment chronic spinal cord injury dogs. Methods: Three dogs different breeds with SCI were presented as animal clinical cases. Human injected at three points into cord, and animals evaluated by limb function magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) pre post-operative. Results: There was significant improvement from Olby Scale, though it not supported data provided MRI sign evaluation. Conclusion: cell therapy presents promising results injuries, if used association physical therapy.
