ABSTRACT
Amniotic band sequence (ABS) is a condition in which rupture of the amniotic sac leads to development broad spectrum fetal anomalies. A newborn male presented at term with multiple craniofacial and skeletal anomalies, including attachment placenta head, paramedian facial cleft, The patient has undergone several operations date. initial operation was performed remove attached off underlying dura, collagen matrix bound silicone membrane. subsequently underwent split-thickness skin grafting complete survival graft.
