ABSTRACT
This study aims to numerically investigate the influence of surface radiation on jet impingement cooling a two-dimensional concave with slot nozzle. For constant value aspect ratio (h/2W=4.0), varying values Reynolds number (Re=1185, 2370, 3555 and 4740) emissivity (ε=0.05, 0.45 0.90) are tested. The cases or without comparatively examined. results presented as local temperature variations well convective radiative Nusselt numbers, total number. It is disclosed that increase in improves overall performance.
