ABSTRACT
This study aimed to investigate the effects of juglone on human bladder carcinoma cell lines TCC-SUB and RT-4 in monolayer spheroid cultures. Cells were treated with at 24, 48, 72 h incubation. The activity caspase-3 was detected vitro using a colorimetric assay kit according manufacturer's instructions. bromodeoxyuridine (BrdU) labeling index used determine cells synthesis phase. terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated dUTP nick end-labeling death both control group had large S-phase fraction many nuclei observed be positive for BrdU. dead count higher applied than controls. We conclude that significantly inhibits proliferation induces apoptosis vitro.
