ABSTRACT
The genetic diversity of the pvpA gene Mycoplasma gallisepticum (MG) samples originating from commercial chickens was investigated. In present study, we evaluated variability 26 field MG detected in and turkeys 18 regions Russia compared them to reference strains available GenBank. Genetic by partial nucleotide sequencing gene, which encodes a putative cytadhesin protein. Comparisons with isolates United States, Australia, China, Iran using sequence analysis PCR products showed that Russian clustered more closely each other than international strains. sequences were found be highly variable discrimination index 0.975 for samples. No apparent cluster criteria year or location detection. DNA polymorphism size variation shown among could used typing. These findings might help better understand relationship countries.
