ABSTRACT
Trivialization of cannabis consumption goes hand in with a growing exposure children and the number poisoning cases is steadily increasing. As clinical presentation can be different from what currently seen adults, added to fact that it not always suspected, diagnosis intoxication often delayed or missed. A 16-month-old girl was admitted pediatric emergency unit for an important drowsiness combined moderate fever. After elimination infectious causes, toxic origin considered biological analyses led involuntary acute intoxication. In conclusion, child has uncommon presentations compared adults. this context, have great importance rapid also understanding circumstance. This paramount because may lead consider protection measures.
