ABSTRACT
ABSTRACT The syndrome of malignant migrating partial seizures in infancy is a devastating, age‐specific, epileptic encephalopathy, which still presents an aetiological, pathophysiological and therapeutic problem. In this study, we present two patients who were diagnosed with the disease, based on electroclinical symptoms. treated combination sodium bromide, stiripentol levetiracetam. first patient unequivocally responded, following course ineffective conventional drugs, second, was immediately, showed more significant response. Antiepileptic previously reported to be beneficial case reports, when given concomitantly, may substantially reduce number severity seizures, without influence psychomotor development.
