ABSTRACT
The aim of the research was to know about taking part in physical activity by blind and visually impaired preferred forms movement. study subject elements such as time, frequency, type, form space undertaken activity. conducted Szczecin among people with sight dysfunction, associated West Pomeranian District Polish Association Blind – 81 were covered (41 children adolescents, 40 adults). Each participant gave their consent participate research. method a diagnostic survey using original questionnaire. shows that, despite barriers obstacles which are encountered disabled people, they strive achieve maintain fitness. obtained results prove that this is possible provided properly trained instructors sports trainers involved equipment, fitness clubs, gyms etc. adapted needs type disability.
