ABSTRACT
This paper is about the presentation of social network partnerships in 2010 around a Federal Institution Higher Education – IFES, located at Minas Gerais State. The aim this to show how practices formal can contribute formation democratic governance. approach was quantitative, using as tool collecting data, documental research. We analyzed database body responsible for management instruments agreements and we classified partner institutions public, private, third sector, individuals foreign institutions. results were construction sociograms graphic representation showing main elements survey revealed that institutional establishment governance, guided by leading organization. Thereby, it form following types: public-public public-private, permeated dimensions governance (rules defined), (the practice technology management), autonomy (respect abilities), mutuality (mutual responsibility), confidence reciprocity (strengthening teaching, research extension activities). In sense, formed be categorized “network governance”.
