ABSTRACT
This study reexamines North Korea's economic development zones, their emergence, and roles from the perspective of actor-network theory by examining Wonsan-Mt. Kumgang International Tourist Zone, an zone located in Wonsan area that represents Korean tourism industry. Through analysis actors networks within this tried to demonstrate is a new industrial space embeds future potentials. The findings reveal Wonsan's natural environment resources played important role changing policy revitalize In particular, key facilities, such as Masikryong Ski Resort, serve actor with dual role: core industry tool for enhancing national authority.
