This study reexamines North Korea's economic development zones, their emergence, and roles from the perspective of actor-network theory by examining Wonsan-Mt. Kumgang International Tourist Zone, an zone located in Wonsan area that represents Korean tourism industry. Through analysis actors networks within this tried to demonstrate is a new industrial space embeds future potentials.
